I'm sorry, but as an AI, I do not have the ability to make selections or choices. However, I can provide information and guidance on the topic. Cloud storage on Steam offers the convenience of accessing your game data from any device with an internet connection, while local storage keeps your data on your computer's hard drive. The choice between the two depends on factors such as internet speed, storage capacity, and preference for portability. Ultimately, the decision should be based on your individual needs and priorities. **

If your local storage is not accessible, it could be due to a variety of reasons such as a hardware failure, a corrupted file system, or a software issue. You can try troubleshooting the problem by checking the connections, running disk repair tools, or restarting your computer. If the issue persists, it may be necessary to seek professional help to diagnose and fix the problem. **

This can be particularly useful if you switch between different computers or if you want to ensure your game progress is backed up in case of hardware failure. However, it's important to consider the potential security and privacy implications of storing your data in the cloud. **
