Note that "free 6th pair" offer is not cumulative as well. In other words, if you place two orders, one for two pairs, the other for three, although the total ordered by you is 5 pairs, you will not be entitled to a free pair, We do not do shipping over the weekend, so do not count weekend days in your shipping calculations.
We ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail For orders outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. States, including Hawaii, we use the Post Office. Most items are shipped within 6 business days of orders being received, except for bulk flip flops, which take between to 21 days to 5 weeks to be shipped, then you have to allow enough time for the product to reach you. Orders outside of the 48 contiguous U.S.A. states may take as long as one month to reach you, so order far in advance.
Where applicable, we are not responsible for customs fees or any other fees charged by local post offices to retrieve packages
Kindly include your business name, in case delivery is being made to a business, and apartment number. UPS charges $5.00 to us, whenever such information is not provided, and your credit card will be billed for any additional charges, for information that has not been provided. Also check your zip code: UPS also charges $5.00 for zip code correction, and your credit card will be billed, if we incur such charge from UPS. In the unlike case you provide a non-existing address, we will charge your credit card the $5.00 charged by UPS for correction, plus the fee UPS charges to return the product to us.
We no longer back order items. Should you order any special, and an item is missing, we will inform you about the missing item. So make sure you provide a working email address. For smaller orders, we will ship, and charge, the items that are available. Do not expect to get the missing items at a latter date.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT - Client is responsible for providing proper delivery address. Should a package not be claimed by you, and returned to us, you will be responsible for any shipping company return charges, plus a restocking fee of US$10.00.
RETURNED ITEMS - You may exchange goods, paying for shipping both ways. Should you wish to return goods because you simply did not like them, but the order has ben fulfilled as written, a restocking fee of US$10.00 will apply. Do not send goods back to us collect.
OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS - The overseas client is solely responsible for the risk of non delivery overseas and for any applicable duties. Please note that items that have been shipped and are unclaimed at the local post office, and are returned to us, only the cost of the goods will be credited, less a $10.00 restocking fee, provided goods are in sellable condition
Should you ask delivery without signature, please notice that you will be solely responsible for packages that have been delivered by UPS, but have not reached you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, and only in cases where shipment has not been arranged yet. After shipment has been arranged with UPS or USPS, orders may no longer be canceled
Returns
No unauthorized returns. Credit will not be given to unauthorized returns and charges will stand. Returns are only authorized for products in resellable condition, or in case products were damaged during transportation. In both cases, you will get replacements, or a credit. No refunds. Flip-flops: you are responsible for ordering the right size. In case you do order the wrong size, you have to return the flip-flop to us, paying for shipping both ways.
Should we ship you goods in the wrong size, please note that these goods will be replaced to you at no cost (goods + shipping). And problem reported within five days of receipt of goods.
